The TRUTH about Masturbation and Fantasy

I was always in a place where I believed that I needed to masturbate every time I felt the desire to. From ages 12 until 36 I believed this as I led a life of compulsive masturbation. Physically pleasing oneself cannot be done without feeding it with either fantasy and/or pornography. When you decide to end masturbation the fantasy and porn no longer have a partner. It wasn't until I was at least two months without P&M (Porn and Masturbation) that I began to see that I did not need it for the reasons that I thought I needed.
